- What shipping methods do you use?
One Thread Outfitters does not process or ship orders on Sunday. Expedited orders will ship the following business day. Allow up to 2 business days for processing of orders. We typically use USPS or UPS shipping with an average shipping time of 3-5 business days.
- How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased and where your order is being shipped. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.
- What is your RETURN POLICY?
At this time we only offer an exchange policy. If you are unhappy with the way the item fits or its general look, please email us at wecare@onethreadoutfitters.com. State why you want to exchange your item and what the problem is. We'll then give you the address to send your item. Once we receive your returned items we will then send you a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling.
- What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
Please email wecare@onethreadoutfitters.com with subject INCORRECT SHIPMENT and we will be happy to correct our mistake.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
